PVHP - Pico-sized Vaporized Hydrogen Peroxide
Conventional aerosol-type sterilization methods typically use low-concentration hydrogen peroxide (6~10%)with nebulization, with larger particle sizes in the micrometer range, are significantly affected by gravity, making it difficult to achieve precise sterilization results based on the nozzle’s diffusion direction and height. On the other hand, the GME Bio PVHP Pico sized vapor hydrogen peroxide sterilization method uses high-concentration hydrogen peroxide (30~35%), with its much smaller particle size in the picometer range, consistently delivers the same sterilization results due to its superior diffusion capabilities. To ensuring safety without significant risks associated with hydrogen peroxide , the hydrogen peroxide concentration used for sterilization is usually maintained between 150 and 500 ppm. Using aerosol-type sterilization methods when hydrogen peroxide is in liquid form, can lead to higher oxidizing power, posing a risk of damage to panels or epoxy. In contrast, utilizing the hydrogen peroxide vapor sterilization method ensures repeatable consistent sterilization values, providing higher diffusion capability, superior stability and residue-free.
