GME Bio Contamination & Sterile Management Specialist
Established in 2018, GME (Germfree Management Engineering) Bio South Korea was founded with the belief:
“Protecting the happiness of our lives through safe virus removal technology.”
Since its inception, GME Bio has grown into a global leader in infection prevention and sterilization management. With the unique technical expertise of its dedicated engineers, GME Bio successfully developed its first fumigation equipment, including the HPV – Hydrogen Peroxide Vapor Sterilizer for bio-decontamination.
Tackling the Challenges of Microbial Contamination
Managing unseen microbes is a complex task. Many manufacturers and hospitals face significant challenges in sterile facility management and GMP fumigation, often struggling to identify the source of contamination. In worst-case scenarios, this can lead to production halts and disruptions in product shipments.
When choosing a decontamination method, organizations must carefully consider:
- Sterilization efficacy & operator safety
- Disinfection duration & material compatibility
- Post-cleaning procedures & 6-log validation
Innovative & Reliable Solutions for Global Markets
Leveraging the expertise of its specialized engineers and cutting-edge technology, GME Bio provides the most economical, safest, and most reliable sterilization solutions. Its mobile and automated HPV system has set a new benchmark in the global market, with the next goal of advancing the healthcare and life sciences industries worldwide.
PVHP - Pico-sized Vaporized Hydrogen Peroxide
Conventional aerosol-type sterilization methods typically use low-concentration hydrogen peroxide (6–10%) with nebulization. However, due to their larger particle size in the micrometer range, these particles are significantly affected by gravity, making it challenging to achieve precise sterilization based on the nozzle’s diffusion direction and height.
In contrast, the GME Bio PVHP (Pico-Sized Vapor Hydrogen Peroxide) sterilization method utilizes high-concentration hydrogen peroxide (30–35%). With much smaller particles in the picometer range, this method ensures consistent and uniform sterilization results due to its superior diffusion capabilities.
To ensure safety and minimize risks associated with hydrogen peroxide exposure, the sterilization process typically maintains hydrogen peroxide concentrations between 150 and 500 ppm.
Aerosol-type sterilization, where hydrogen peroxide remains in liquid form, exhibits higher oxidizing power, increasing the risk of damage to panels or epoxy surfaces. In contrast, hydrogen peroxide vapor sterilization offers:
✔ Repeatable and consistent sterilization results
✔ Superior diffusion capability
✔ Enhanced stability
✔ Residue-free decontamination
GME Bio Pico-Sized Vaporized Hydrogen Peroxide Generator

GME Bio Automated Sterilization System – The Ultimate Large-Scale Solution
Imagine having a large critical area that requires periodic sterilization with minimal manpower and preparation time, while still achieving exceptional PVHP disinfection results. The GME Bio Automated Sterilization System (All-in-One) is the perfect solution for large-scale decontamination.
How It Works:
🔹 A network of stainless-steel supply and return piping connects the PVHP control area to the target ceiling area.
🔹 A control system links to one or multiple PROTOSS-M VHP generators, supplying hydrogen peroxide vapor (HPV) through the piping system.
🔹 An integrated Ring Blower enhances flow power, ensuring sufficient HPV reaches the target area.
🔹 The nozzle system sprays the vapor, which is evenly diffused by a 120° rotating auto-lift fan.
🔹 Minimal setup and cleaning required – all equipment is located outside the cleanroom, reducing cross-contamination risks.
🔹 Cost-effective and reliable – Low failure rates with streamlined operation.
Validated Sterilization Performance
All GME Bio PVHP sterilization systems are validated for a 6-log reduction using Geobacillus stearothermophilus inactivation, ensuring consistent and reliable sterilization results.
