Bio-Decontamination Service

Cesstech Malaysia – Comprehensive Facility & Equipment Decontamination Services

Cesstech Malaysia provides comprehensive facility and equipment decontamination services, handling every aspect of the process. Our all-inclusive service covers planning, coordination, equipment and indicator setup, cycle verification, and detailed reporting. Whether you require decontamination for a small laboratory space or an entire manufacturing facility, we ensure a thorough and efficient process.

Planning

The process begins with a primary investigation through an on-site assessment of the target area. This includes:

  • Visiting the site and communicating with the end user or person in charge.
  • Assessing key parameters such as room/laboratory volume, sealing requirements, and material suitability.
  • Identifying potential challenges and necessary preparations.

Once the procurement or contract process is completed, we discuss the sterilization schedule, considering the availability of essential items/accessories and lead times. If required, we also develop a Gassing Cycle Development (GCD) plan.

Coordination

To ensure effective decontamination, we:

  • Minimize human movement and remove incompatible equipment from the decontamination area.
  • Pre-plan activities based on the agreed schedule with the end user.
  • Recommend optimize temperature and relative humidity settings for best results.
  • Identify and seal any potential leakage areas before starting the process.

Equipment & Indicator Setup

  • Set up the Vapor Hydrogen Peroxide (VHP) Bio-Decontamination system in the designated preparation area.
  • Place biological and chemical indicators in pre-planned, optimized locations to monitor effectiveness.

Cycle Verification

  • Our specialists will initiate the sterilization cycle and confirm that all systems are functioning correctly.
  • Periodic VHP leak tests are conducted using handheld sensors to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • After completing the aeration phase, we collect and analyze both biological and chemical indicators for laboratory confirmation.

Reporting

  • A formal decontamination report is generated based on the indicator results.
  • The final report is provided to the customer for documentation and compliance purposes.
